La Comisión para la Conservación de los Recursos Vivos Marinos Antárticos (CCRVMA) realizó una Evaluación del Funcionamiento en 2008 que dio como resultado una serie de recomendaciones de diversa índole que la Comisión y el Comité Científico debían implementar (Primera evaluación del funcionamiento de la CCRVMA).
En 2016 la CCRVMA decidió realizar una Segunda Evaluación del Funcionamiento (CCAMLR-XXXV, Anexo 8).

La Commission pour la conservation de la faune et la flore marines de l'Antarctique (CCAMLR) a effectué une évaluation de performance en 2008, laquelle a donné lieu à des recommandations de nature très diverses qui ont été traitées par la Commission et le Comité scientifique (Première évaluation de la performance de la CCAMLR).

The Commission for the Conservation of the Antarctic Living Marine Resources (CCAMLR) undertook a Performance Review in 2008 which resulted in wide-ranging recommendations that were taken up in the Commission and Scientific Committee (First CCAMLR Performance Review).

The Governor of Tasmania, Her Excellency Professor the Honourable Kate Warner AC, will today open the thirty-sixth annual meeting of the Commission for the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living Resources (CCAMLR).
The Governor will welcome some 250 marine scientists, resource managers and policy makers representing 25 international delegations, who will review current practice and consider new measures to conserve and manage marine ecosystems in the Southern Ocean.
